Terms of Use
Last updated 25 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the Sevi mobile app, published by SevichaApps. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
Itineraries are suggestions
Sevi writes plans using an AI model. Opening times, prices, travel times and whether a place still exists are estimates, and they are sometimes wrong. Check anything you are relying on — a booking, a visa rule, a last train — with the operator before you depend on it. We are not liable for a trip that did not go as the plan said.
Credits
Some features cost credits. Credits are a licence to use a feature inside the app: they have no cash value, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they cannot be transferred between accounts. Credits you were given free may expire; credits you bought will not, while your account exists.
If a generation fails you are not charged. If you are charged for something that did not work, tell us and we will put it right.
Subscriptions
A premium subscription is billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and renews until you cancel it. Cancel through the store, not through us — we cannot cancel it on your behalf, and neither store lets us. Refunds follow that store's policy.
Shared trips
Anyone you share a trip with can edit it, and their changes reach everyone else on it. Share the code only with people you want in the plan. Leaving a shared trip removes you from it; it does not delete it for the others.
Booking links
Some screens link to flight, stay, car and activity partners. Those are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you book. The price you pay is not affected, and we do not rank partners by what they pay. Whatever you book is a contract between you and them.
Fair use
Do not attempt to obtain credits without paying or watching what you were offered, resell access, or use the app to produce anything unlawful. We may suspend an account doing so.
Availability
We try to keep Sevi working and we do not promise it always will. Features may change or be withdrawn. If we withdraw something you paid for, we will say so and make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a consumer right you hold where you live.
